The "Lower Danube" Cultural Center plans to develop the Jazz Project and for the 4th edition of DANUBIAN JAZZ & BLUES FESTIVAL it is intended a diversification of the international participation and also inviting to Galati as many  big names of Romanian jazz as possible.
