The event will include training modules and practical workshops. At the event there will be invited owners (shareholders) of SME’s selected from the counties of Galati, Braila, Focsani, Tulcea, Constanta and Buzau. During the forum, participants will discuss about the following theme: „Managerial and entrepreneurial skills for entrepreneurs”, which will include topics such as: ”Identification and exploitation of opportunities, including in the conditions of the economic crisis”, „Risk taking”, „Strategies in business development and economic cycles”, „Entrepreneurial Marketing”, and special modules of sustainable development, organizational effeciency, legislative updates and information about new technologies.
The action is part of the „Managerial and entrepreneurial skills development for SMEs to improve organizational efficiency and to enhace the value of  business opportunities”.
