For producers this is a good opportunity to present their merchandise.Fun time is also present during this fest, due to the orchestra of the Lower Danube Cultural Centre, season-liqueurs and barbeques.

On June 28th, 19 countries celebrate, each year, the Danube International Day.
The main role of this event is educating the citizens to realise the importance of the Danube River ecosystem, the necessity to protect the aquatic ecosistems and the turism development in the spirit of sustainable development.
Various activities are organised during this event, such as: public meetings, concerts, allegorical carts, mini cruise ships, sports competitions, educational games, information and awareness campains regarding the need to involve all of us in protecting the natural aquatic environment and also to prevent its pollution.
